Regina Chong represents leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a variety of commercial finance transactions, including asset-based financings. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she worked as a corporate associate in Hong Kong and in Boston advising companies on a wide range of corporate transactions.
