Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Robert was an associate in the finance department of a nationally recognized law firm, where his practice focused on asset-based lending, public financings, and negotiation of ISDA agreements in connection with derivative transactions, and an associate at a global law firm, where he focused on structured finance and securitized loan transactions. Prior to his career in law, he was a credit analyst and relationship manager at a globally recognized financial institution.
