Richard P. Hand represents clients in a wide range of complex matters including government and internal investigations, white collar litigation, and commercial litigation. While in law school, Ricky externed at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Senate Committee on Banking Housing and Urban Affairs, and the Office of Management and Budget – Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
