Richard S. Umbrecht is part of a team that focuses on diverse transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work are matters involving finance, restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity and debt offerings. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies.
During law school, Rick was a staff member of Temple Law Review and treasurer of Temple Brehon Law Society. Prior to beginning his legal career, Rick earned a B.A. in history and worked as a professional musician and music educator.
