Richard Hanson advises alternative investment funds and asset managers on structured finance, securitization, and bespoke finance solutions in a wide range of alternative and illiquid asset classes. Rick has experience with funding structures backed directly and indirectly by commercial real estate, private debt, and other asset classes. He advises on all types of private structured credit solutions for asset managers, including leverage in the form of loan-on-loan, repurchase facilities, private securitizations and derivatives-based financings, as well as warehouse lines and the financing of loan portfolios using securitization and structured lending techniques. Rick handles derivatives-related matters as well as standard and esoteric securitizations, across an array of specialty finance structures and asset classes.
