Robert Ehrlich
Robert Ehrlich's intellectual property practice focuses on litigation, post-grant, and prosecution. Robert represents and advises clients in a wide range of technology areas including oil and gas equipment, instrumentation, medical devices, software, big data, consumer electronics, transaction processing, personal protective equipment, and pharmaceuticals. His background includes process engineering, process control, and process safety in the chemical, petrochemical, and pulp-and-paper manufacturing industries. He also has experience in Texas administrative matters involving oil and gas regulation, permitting, and Texas environmental regulations.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Robert served as a judicial intern to Judge Thad Heartfield of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and as an intern with the hearings division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
