Rossina Petrova

Rossina Petrova advises financial institutions, asset managers, fintech companies, and private credit platforms on complex structured finance and securitization transactions. With more than two decades of global experience, she represents sponsors, issuers, lenders, and placement agents in asset-backed securitizations, warehouse and forward flow facilities, capital call facilities, CLOs, and trade receivable financings across diverse asset classes.

Rossina drafts and negotiates key transaction documents and coordinates cross-border deal teams and rating agency processes. Her experience spans aviation, rail, data center, equipment, and consumer finance transactions, as well as derivatives and repackagings, informed by prior in-house and international practice experience.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Rossina was counsel at an international law firm.
