Ryan W. Hanofee focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, where he represents developers, institutional lenders, investors, REITs, and other owners and operators of real estate. Ryan advises clients both regionally and nationally in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development of mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial properties.
Previously, Ryan worked as an associate at a regional law firm headquartered in Boston, where he supported both the litigation and real estate groups. As part of the real estate group, Ryan represented lenders, developers, property owners, and retail and office tenants in a variety of commercial transactions.
