Ryan W. Hanofee has a wide-ranging practice that encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate. He represents local and national developers, investors, REITs, institutional lenders, landlords, tenants, and other owners and operators of real estate. Ryan focuses on a variety of transactions, including, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development of mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial properties. He also advises clients on joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and corporate structuring related matters.
Previously, Ryan worked as an associate at a regional law firm headquartered in Boston, where he supported both the litigation and real estate groups. As part of the real estate group, Ryan represented lenders, developers, property owners, and retail and office tenants in a variety of commercial transactions.
