Ryan W. Hanofee has a wide-ranging practice that encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate. He represents local and national developers, investors, REITs, institutional lenders, landlords, tenants, and other owners and operators of real estate. Ryan focuses on a variety of transactions, including, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and development of mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial properties. He also advises clients on joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and corporate structuring related matters.
