Saman Zand represents leading financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of commercial finance transactions. Her practice focuses on secured and unsecured syndicated debt financing and asset-based lending.
While attending Boston College Law School, Sammy represented startups and non-profit companies in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic and was a member of the European Law Moot Court Team. She also interned for Judge Maureen A. Tighe of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
- Advised the agent in a $4.5 billion revolving credit facility in an acquisition financing for a major American retail pharmacy chain
- Advised the Las Vegas Raiders in its relocation from Oakland, California to Las Vegas, Nevada and construction of the $1.97 billion Allegiant Stadium
- Advised the agent in a $900 million multi-lender revolving credit facility in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom to finance the working capital needs of a national wholesaler and specialty retailer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories

- Advised the agent in a $900 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a major global footwear company
- Advised the agent in a $600 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of one of the largest specialty apparel companies that manages a portfolio of women’s fashion brands
- Advised the agent in a revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a New York City–based luxury jewelry brand
- Advised the agent in a revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a high-end ecommerce retailer
- Advised the agent in three separate multi-lender cross-border revolving credit facility silos to finance the working capital needs of a retailer and distributor of office supplies, furniture, technology, and business services
- Advised the agent in a $1 billion multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of one of the largest specialized beauty retailers in the United States
- Advised a leading American analytical laboratory instrument and software company in its revolving credit facility and private placement of notes
