Dr. Samed Sahin

Samed Sahin focuses his practice on EU and German competition law. He advises clients on merger control proceedings before national and European competition authorities, as well as on antitrust investigations and related compliance matters. Samed also counsels clients on foreign trade law, including foreign direct investment (FDI) screening in cross-border transactions.

In 2026, Samed was recognized as a “One to Watch” in Regulatory Practice by Best Lawyers, Handelsblatt. Before joining Morgan Lewis, he practiced in the antitrust and competition group of another international law firm.
