Samson C. Huang represents employers in a wide range of employment matters. Samson’s experience includes defending companies against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, as well as wage-hour claims. He also provides advice and counsel to ensure that clients’ policies and procedures comply with US state and federal discrimination, accommodation, and compensation laws.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Samson was an associate at the largest law firm in the world dedicated exclusively to representing management in employment matters. There, his practice focused on representing and defending employers in single-plaintiff litigation, as well as class and representative actions.
Samson began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office in New York, where he prosecuted and tried defendants charged with violent and other serious felonies.
