Simon Chang represents businesses in commercial disputes, primarily in connection with commercial contracts and issues arising from mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Simon also works closely with financial institutions providing counsel relating to consumer finance, lender liability, and mortgage-related litigation. Additionally, he devotes part of his practice guiding foreign sovereign entities, navigating them through complex US litigation.
