Simon Chang represents businesses in commercial disputes, primarily in connection with commercial contracts and issues arising from mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Simon also works closely with financial institutions providing counsel relating to consumer finance, lender liability, and mortgage-related litigation. Additionally, he devotes part of his practice guiding foreign sovereign entities, navigating them through complex US litigation.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Simon was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Simon also interned for Judge James C. Francis IV of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York; the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York; the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority; and the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
