Scott Lee focuses his practice on tax planning and controversy matters. He counsels clients on a range of issues across the transaction lifecycle, from planning, structuring, and negotiating the tax aspects of complex business transactions to defending taxpayers against the Internal Revenue Service in administrative controversy, litigation, and at trial. During law school, Scott served as a judicial extern to Judge Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court. Previously, Scott was a Certified Public Accountant specializing in investment funds and financial instruments.
