Scott Lee focuses his practice on tax planning and controversy matters. He advises on the tax aspects of complex business transactions and defends clients in disputes and litigation with the Internal Revenue Service. During law school, Scott served as a judicial extern to Judge Juan F. Vasquez of the US Tax Court. Previously, Scott was a certified public accountant at an international public accounting firm where he specialized in investment funds and financial instruments.
Scott received Georgetown University Law Center’s Sewall Key Prize, awarded to the graduating student with the best record in tax law. Prior to his career in tax, he was a legal analyst at a global disputes and investigations law firm in New York.
