Sean M. Gray advises clients on a variety of legal disputes. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Sean clerked for Judge O. Rogeriee Thompson of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and Judge Mary S. McElroy of the US District Court for the District of Rhode Island.

While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Sean served on the Virginia Law Review, won the 95th William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition, and was elected to the Raven Society. As a third-year student in the law school’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, Sean briefed, argued, and won a civil right rights appeal before the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, which was later affirmed by the US Supreme Court.
