Shan He focuses his practice on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He represents issuers and sponsors in various Hong Kong and United States public and private offerings. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he worked at a Chinese red circle firm. Shan is fluent in English and Mandarin.
