Shawn D. Golden focuses his toxic tort practice on premises and products liability matters involving occupational exposures, wrongful death, and personal injuries. Shawn has trial experience representing companies of various sizes in diverse industries. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Shawn was a partner and senior attorney at law firms in Houston where he represented corporate clients in serious personal injury, wrongful death, and occupational disease matters. Outside of toxic torts, Shawn has successfully represented companies in matters involving labor and employment, oil & gas transactions, commercial disputes, and first and third-party insurance claims.
