Sophia Laws

Associate

Sophia Laws defends employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including single-plaintiff litigation, class actions, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Sophia also advises clients on employee handbooks, codes of conduct, and internal workplace investigations.

During law school, Sophia served as a judicial extern to Presiding Justice Joanne Motoike of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, and executive notes and comments editor of Chapman Law Review. Sophia earned Highest Class Grade awards in nine subjects.
