Stephanie (Haughey) Faraci advises institutional lenders, real estate developers, property owners and operators, and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She counsels clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of office, retail, mixed-use, industrial and multi-family properties. Stephanie has experience preparing and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, development agreements, and related documents.
Previously, Stephanie worked as an associate at regional law firms in Boston and San Francisco, where she focused her practice on commercial real estate transactions, condominium governance matters, and land use and zoning projects.
