Stephanie Faraci advises institutional lenders, developers, property owners and operators, retail and office tenants, REITS, and clients in the sports industry in all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of office, retail, mixed-use, industrial and multi-family properties, and sports stadiums and facilities. She has counseled clients in ground lease transactions, joint venture arrangements, corporate governance matters, and project finance and energy transactions.

Stephanie has an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in special education, immigration, social security disability benefits, child custody, and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Stephanie served as an associate at regional law firms in Boston and San Francisco, where she focused her practice on commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning projects, and condominium governance matters.
Stephanie is currently pursuing an M.B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. While in law school, she served as associate editor of the Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal.
