Stephanie L. Haughey advises real estate developers, property owners and operators, lenders, and investors in all facets of commercial real estate transactions. She counsels clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of office, retail, mixed-use, and multi-family properties. In addition, Stephanie has experience in the formation and dissolution of business entities.
Previously, Stephanie worked as an associate at regional law firms in Boston and San Francisco, where she focused her practice on commercial real estate transactions, condominium governance matters, and land use and zoning projects.
