Stephanie Koutsodendris represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including toxic tort and product liability litigation. She advises on highly contentious matters related to defamation, fiduciary claims, non-competes and trade secrets, partnership disputes, breach of contract, commercial landlord/tenant disputes and business torts such as fraud. Stephanie litigates matters in federal and state courts as well as in arbitrations.
In law school, Stephanie interned for the Honorable Jonathan Goodman of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Honorable Barbara Lagoa of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. She also served as a research assistant for Professor Michael Graham. In addition, she was a member of the Inter-American Law Review and International Moot Court team.
