Stephanie Springer focuses her practice on tax-exempt organizations. Stephanie advises clients on a range of matters, including grantmaking, impact investments, nonprofit formation and application for tax-exemption, and tax and regulatory compliance. She previously served as a legal fellow in the Office of the General Counsel at the Open Society Foundations.
