Steven N. Hunchuck
Steven N. Hunchuck focuses his practice on multi-district litigation and class actions, including high-profile crisis litigation matters. Steven’s practice also includes a robust commercial practice. Steven commonly counsels clients in regulated industries, such as pharmaceutical, medical device, automotive, and oil and gas, among others, and has had success in federal and state courts as well as arbitration. He counsels clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation and negotiations, document and electronic discovery, fact and expert witness discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal.
