Suzanne Dabage De La Espriella

Suzanne Dabage De La Espriella represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, institutional lenders, direct lenders, and other financial institutions in a variety of corporate financing transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Suzanne served as a law clerk to Judge Ashely M. Chan at the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Market Participants Division, and with Judge Rudolph Contreras at the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
While at Georgetown University Law Center, Suzanne represented clients seeking asylum through Georgetown’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, served as the Student Bar Association treasurer, and was a member of the Appellate Advocacy division of the Barristers’ Council.
