Sven Bischoff is a qualified German tax advisor (Steuerberater) and advises on all aspects of national and international tax law, with an emphasis on M&A, private equity and financing transactions, restructurings, and international tax structuring. He advises institutional investors as well as national and international companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Sven advised clients on a broad range of transaction tax and international tax matters at two other large international law firms. He is fluent in German and English.
