Sydney R. Chen

Sydney R. Chen represents a wide range of clients, including direct lenders, institutional lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and other financial institutions, in a variety of corporate financing transactions. Sydney also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters. While in law school, Sydney served as a senior editor on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law.
