Tanya Y. Shah represents clients in complex environmental, toxic tort, contract, and consumer fraud litigation matters. She has experience in all aspects of litigation including factual investigation, discovery management, motion practice, and trial. Tanya previously worked in the complex litigation practice group of a law firm, and served as an assistant corporation counsel in the Brooklyn Tort Division of the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel.

Tanya has experience in New Jersey and New York trial and appellate courts, as well as US federal court. She is an active member of the South Asian Bar Association and serves on the executive board of the New Jersey chapter. While attending law school, she served as president of the South Asian Law Student Association and member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
