Teri J. Diaz focuses her practice on civil litigation and white collar issues. In her litigation work, she represents corporate clients involved in complex commercial, insurance recovery, and securities disputes. Teri also counsels clients regarding US federal and state regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, as well as government and internal investigations that relate to securities and the healthcare industry.
Teri received her J.D. from Harvard Law School after earning her B.A. with honors and distinction from Stanford University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. While in law school, Teri interned in the Economic Crimes Unit of the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and served as a research assistant for Professor Benjamin I. Sachs. She was also a member of the Harvard International Law Journal.
