Temi Tagoe focuses her practice on project finance and the development of energy and infrastructure projects. She represents sponsors and financing sources, including commercial and investment banks, private equity funds, and other institutional investors. Temi also represents clients on corporate and general finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Temi practiced in the project, energy and infrastructure finance group of another international law firm in New York and London.
