Timothé Radosavljevic advises French and international companies on anti-corruption compliance, helping them design and implement comprehensive compliance programs, perform compliance audits and controls, and conduct internal investigations. Timothé also supports clients navigating complex issues pertaining to EU and US sanctions and export controls compliance, including through product classification, contractual review, and assistance before national enforcement authorities. He speaks French and English.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Timothé worked in international organizations and other global law firms, where he specialized in commercial and administrative disputes, white collar defense, and investigations.
