Oluwatomisin Mosuro
Tomisin Mosuro represents clients in complex banking and finance transactions. He has experience across project finance, Islamic finance, mining and trade finance, banking, leveraged finance, capital markets, and corporate finance. Tomisin has worked with both borrowers and lenders across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, energy, agriculture, leisure and hospitality, mining, infrastructure, and fast-moving consumer goods. Tomisin specializes in Islamic finance and routinely advises various alternative investment managers and funds on receiving and making investments in a Shariah-compliant manner.
Tomisin qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018, having completed his training contract at another international firm, where he completed seats in Bahrain, Johannesburg, and London. During his training contract, Tomisin also completed a client secondment at BP’s integrated supply and trading division in London.

- A group of senior secured lenders in relation to the amendment of an intercreditor agreement, which was required to allow the Nigeria-based borrower to receive a convertible loan from an incoming junior lender
- A Saudi Arabia–based petrochemical company on its rights to terminate a catalyst supply agreement, which related to an industrial gas production facility
- A group of development finance institutions on amendments to bilateral facilities provided to a sponsor as part of the restructuring of a project-financed five-star hotel resort in Ghana
- A lender on a leveraged finance transaction relating to the acquisition of shares of Imara Holdings, a company that was listed on the Botswana stock exchange
