Tomisin Mosuro represents clients in complex banking and finance transactions. He has experience across project finance, mining and trade finance, banking, leveraged finance, capital markets, and corporate finance. Tomisin has worked with both borrowers and lenders across a wide range of sectors, including energy, leisure and hospitality, mining, infrastructure, and FMCG. Tomisin qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in early 2018, having completed his training contract at another international firm, where he completed seats in Bahrain, Johannesburg, and London.

Advised a Saudi Arabia-based petrochemical company on its rights to terminate a catalyst supply agreement, which related to an industrial gas production facility.
Advised a group of development finance institutions on amendments to bilateral facilities provided to a sponsor as part of the restructuring of a project-financed five star hotel resort in Ghana.
Advised a lender on a leveraged finance transaction, relating to the acquisition of shares of Imara Holdings, a company that was listed on the Botswana stock exchange.
Advised Alufer Mining Limited on the financing and development of its bauxite mine located in western Guinea.
Advised the lenders to the US$370 million diamond mine project owned by a Mountain Province Diamonds/De Beers joint venture company and located in Canada’s Northwest Territories.
Advised an Eastern European mining company, as sponsor, on its proposed innovative receivables purchase financing structure for the financing of a copper mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Advised a Norwegian fertilizer company in relation to its proposed potash mine project in Ethiopia.
