Tova Katims represents employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action litigation before state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on employment-related matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful discharge. Tova also counsels employers on various employment-related matters, including the Family and Medical Leave Act and accommodating medical marijuana usage in the workplace.
