Tova Katims represents employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action litigation before state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on employment-related matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour disputes. Tova also counsels employers on workplace policies. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Tova served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department.
