Tyler J. Hill
Tyler J. Hill is a litigator who defends businesses in employment disputes before trial and appellate courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies across the country. He frequently litigates claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), defending 401(k) retirement plans in class action lawsuits challenging investment management, fees and expenses, and use of forfeitures. Tyler also represents clients in restrictive covenant cases involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, as well as in a range of contract, trade secret, discrimination, and retaliation actions. Prior to entering law, Tyler completed a Fulbright Fellowship researching cross-border joint ventures.
