Ulises Solis
Ulises Solis counsels and defends businesses in employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action litigation. His practice includes representing employers in court and arbitration proceedings related to workplace discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, representative actions brought under the California Private Attorneys General Act, and complex wage and hour violations. While in law school, Ulises served as the editor-in-chief of the Santa Clara Law Review.
In law school, Ulises served a judicial extern to Judge Stewart F. Alford, IV of the Office of Administrative Law Judges, United States Department of Labor; Judge Evette D. Pennypacker of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County; and Chief Judge Stephen L. Johnson and Judge M. Elaine Hammond of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.
