Victoria Aronson represents leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of commercial finance transactions. Her practice includes syndicated debt financing and asset-based lending. During law school, Victoria interned for Judge Allison D. Burroughs of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and was a member of the Northeastern University Law Review. She also volunteered as an IRS-certified tax preparer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
