Wendy Feinstein has over 20 years’ experience litigating a wide range of matters. A versatile trial lawyer, Wendy represents companies in contract disputes, business torts—including fraud, misrepresentation, and unfair competition—and intellectual property disputes, helping them to resolve business disputes through negotiation and litigation. Wendy’s defense experience also includes matters involving pharmaceutical and medical device product liability, mass torts, and False Claim Act cases. She also has experience representing employers in employment disputes, as well as serving as counsel to foreign countries in litigation in the United States.
Although Wendy's practice largely focuses on litigation, she has served as outside general counsel for clients and continues to counsel clients on developing new business strategies and solutions to prevent litigation, or resolve matters outside of court or arbitration.
