Yan Zeng

Yan Zeng focuses her practice on China and offshore aspects of China foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private equity and venture capital, cross-border financing, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Luk and Partners, she worked as of counsel in the Hong Kong office of a global law firm; before that she gained experience in the Los Angeles office of a New York–based firm. Yan has also spent a number of years in Shenzhen-based management positions. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, as well as the Chaozhou-Shantou dialect.
