Yao Chen has more than a decade of experience advising clients on various capital market transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and placings, and on general compliance and other corporate matters. Yao has participated in several IPOs on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and advised many Hong Kong–listed companies in sectors such as retail, education, financial services, technology, and industrial and manufacturing.
