He represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings, including initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with Rule 144A/Regulation S international placements. Yao has represented clients across many industries, including retail and ecommerce, energy, healthcare, technology, and automotive and mobility companies. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
