Yumeng works with clients on representations involving capital markets, private investment funds, regulatory compliance, and other general corporate and commercial matters. She regularly represents issuers and sponsors in initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK). Yumeng also advises listed companies on securities regulatory, secondary offerings, and ongoing compliance matters on SEHK. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
