Zachary Princi represents employers in a range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour litigation. Zach’s experience includes handling single plaintiff and complex employment matters through the various stages of litigation. When defending employers against employment claims, Zach aims to deliver practical and business-oriented solutions to clients.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Zach represented employers in various employment matters at an international employment law firm in Orange County. Zach earned his J.D. from the Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, where he graduated in the top 1.4 percent of his class and received the Highest Course Grade Award in 12 different courses. During law school, Zach served on the Chapman Law Review, the Moot Court Competition Board, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure I and II.
Prior to attending law school, Zach operated multiple businesses in the event management industry and worked for the Canadian House of Commons.
