Zachary E. Zemlin has more than a decade of practice representing privately held and publicly traded companies, investment banks, and private equity and venture capital firms. His practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies, with an emphasis on biotechnology, medical device, software, and fintech. Zach regularly advises these emerging growth companies and other innovative high-growth companies at every stage of their business lifecycle, spanning mergers and acquisitions (M&A); angel, venture capital, and growth equity financings; initial public offerings (IPOs); securities offerings and compliance; corporate partnering; joint ventures; formation advice; and other strategic and outside general counsel matters.
Zach nurtures entrepreneurs and startup clients by reviewing their business plans, helping identify appropriate financing sources, and connecting them to various emerging company and venture capital communities.
