Zhenyi Jiang

Managing Associate

Zhenyi Jiang advises clients on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and venture capital. She represents funds and corporations making investments in the ecommerce, life sciences, healthcare, and technology industries, among others. Zhenyi is fluent in Mandarin and English.

  • Represented Silk Road Fund, a sovereign investment fund, in its participation in a BlackRock& Hassana, a lead global investor consortium, acquisition of a 49% stake in Aramco Gas Pipelines Company from Saudi Arabian Oil Co. for $15.5 billion
  • Represented GIC in its investment in connection with the Series Pre-C round financing of Alebund, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company
  • Represented B Capital in its investment in connection with the Series A+ round financing of AlphaPrime Life Sciences, a company engaged in the business of technology platforms and services in the life sciences and healthcare industries
  • Represented Lake Bleu Capital in its investment in connection with the Series B found financing of Singleron Biotechnologies, an innovative molecular diagnostic company
