Zoe Perez represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, institutional lenders, direct lenders, and other financial institutions in a variety of corporate financing transactions. Zoe also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters.
While in law school, Zoe served as managing editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law.
