Jamie Huffman works on complex commercial and environmental matters, including toxic tort cases, environmental insurance recovery actions, and government enforcement actions. She has litigated cases involving CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, and the Clean Air Act, and also advises clients on obligations under environmental laws and regulations, including FIFRA and TSCA. She also provides advice on environmental issues in corporate transactions. Jamie also handles commercial litigation for clients in a variety of industries, including class actions and business disputes. She has trial and appellate court experience at both the state and federal level.
