Rachelle Dubow’s practice focuses on counseling, protection, and licensing of intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution and global brand management. Recognized for her exceptional work by World Trademark Review, The Best Lawyers in America, and The Legal 500 US, Rachelle assists domestic and multinational companies in the selection, clearance, registration, and enforcement of trademarks, the licensing of trademark rights, and the assignment and integration of trademark rights acquired in commercial transactions. Rachelle is currently serving as Board Counsel for the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has previously served on the association’s Board of Directors.

In addition, Rachelle assists on trademark diligence in M&A, private equity, and investment-related transactions. Rachelle represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including finance, entertainment, sports, consumer products, medical and pharmaceutical products, life sciences, technology, and the Internet.

Rachelle currently assists many of the firm’s pro bono clients with IP-related matters, including Partners in Health, a nonprofit corporation, Hillel Foundation, and Winter Walk. Rachelle is also actively involved in her community, including serving on the Board of Trustees for Gann Academy and as Chair of the Governance Committee, and co-founding the Women's Business Leaders group at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, bringing together C-suite and senior-level professional women to both network and deepen engagement in the Jewish Community.
