Shannon Zollo
Shannon Zollo advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, executive compensation, and corporate governance. Shannon’s practice is focused primarily on private equity recapitalizations and platform add-ons for private business. He has significant in-depth knowledge of the life sciences, healthcare, technology, and defense sectors. Shannon also advises privately held companies on day-to-day business issues, often acting as outside general counsel to several middle market companies.
Shannon frequently presents on and is quoted in the media about business issues, including emerging trends in M&A and private equity. A native English speaker, Shannon is also fluent in Portuguese.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Shannon served as the chair of the M&A and private equity groups at another US law firm.
