Overview:
With employers increasingly relying on leased and temporary employees to supplement their regular workforce, employers must be aware of the various legal obligations and risks that arise when entering into such relationships. A myriad of state and federal laws can create obligations, expose employers to liability, and affect an employer's ability to conduct its business on its own terms. This live audio conference will provide guidance to legal and human resources professionals on how to navigate the various laws implicated by the use of leased or temporary employees and take appropriate steps to ensure they properly protect themselves and limit their potential liability before, during and after such relationships.
