Fiduciary Standards-Part I
This session will address ERISA's complex definition of fiduciary and set forth basic fiduciary duties, including duties of loyalty and prudence. It will also discuss the responsibilities entailed in investing plan assets, and the difference between a plan sponsor and plan fiduciary.

Fiduciary Standards-Part II
Continuing from session one, this session will discuss prohibited transactions, a technical ERISA concept, remedies for fiduciary breaches and pointers for compliance with the statute's mandates.

Option I: ACA
This session addresses the ongoing compliance issues raised by the Affordable Care Act, including possible areas that may lead to litigation. Panelists will also review the ACA's continued impact and issues for employers, employees, and unions.
Option III: ESOPs
This session provides an overview of the legal and operational requirements for a qualified Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), including some design alternatives and planning and fiduciary duty considerations.
