FDLI's Enforcement, Litigation and Compliance Conference – December 2013

FDA associate Jacqueline Berman will moderate the panel for "Enforcement Basics" at  FDLI's Enforcement, Litigation and Compliance Conference.

This panel will cover “what to do when FDA shows up at your door.” Topics will include what to expect during an inspection, best practices for industry in managing the inspection while FDA is at the facility, FDA warning letters, recalls and the Park Doctrine and the role that 305 hearings play in enforcement proceedings.
