The use of experts in antitrust litigation is, at this point, mandatory. In light of many courts' approach to the "battle of the experts", where the court declines to engage in close analysis of the merits of challenges to the experts' work, this panel will explore whether the use of experts remains necessary and ways to get the court's attention.
